Mindy Domb Campaign Web Site

A progressive Democrat running for State Representative, Mindy Domb has lived in Amherst for 20 years and has dedicated her life to public service. Since 2013, she has served as the Executive Director of the Amherst Survival Center, which connects residents in Amherst and surrounding towns to food, clothing, healthcare, wellness, and assistance. Mindy directed a training program for health and human service providers to learn how to support LGBTQ youth. A co-founder of the Berkshire AIDS Coalition, she has also served as the Department of Public Health’s regional coordinator of its HIV testing program, and founded Massachusetts’ first jail-based HIV education program. She founded Make It Better Amherst in 2010, which is a social network of allies that formed in response to the suicide epidemic LGBTQ teens were facing.
