Senator Julian Cyr has been devoted to LGBTQ issues for most of his life. He was the former chair and member of the Massachusetts Coalition on LGBTQ Youth and a Harm Reduction Counselor at the AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod. Along with his commitment to supporting the LGBTQ community, Julian has experience in politics through an internship at the White House and successful grassroots re-election campaigns for Deval Patrick and President Barack Obama.
